If we have a sense of hopelessness in a crisis, it will prompt us to dig deeper to find a rock-solid foundation inside of us. Christ in Us!
I don’t think the body of Christ understands the true design of man. Most teachings are based on spirit, soul and body. Very few understand how the heart of man makes your whole design prosper and flourish. If your heart is darkened by wrong doctrines, your mind will toil with doubt and unbelief. Your mind is not the enemy’s target, your heart is. With the heart we believe (Rom 10: 10). You will automatically do what is established in your heart, whether it is positive, negative, good or evil. If your heart is programmed with evil (Greek - Poneros: Hardships and toiling which brings frustration and annoyances) your whole design suffers. When your heart is established with the good news of grace, your whole design rests.

Our self image is of great importance
Most of us have an image of ourselves in our hearts and that image is our kingdom. We will either reign in life or we will fall short in life with this image. This reminds me of Daniel when he interpreted the dream for king Nebuchadnezzar.
“This image’s head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.”
Daniel 2:32-35 NKJV
The stone that was cut out without hands speaks of the Holy Spirit bringing the image of Jesus into our hearts and crushing the false image of vanity and piety in our hearts. In its place, a Rock that fills the whole earth; the true image and likeness of God, restored and revealed in ordinary human life.
You are a rock person in spirit. It just needs to be revealed to your heart.
